These terms govern your access to and use of Buildify CRM services, websites, AI systems, automations, and related platforms. By using our services, you agree to these conditions.
Legal Agreement

INTRODUCTION
By accessing or using Buildify CRM services, websites, AI systems, automations, CRM platforms, funnels, or related services, the client agrees to these Terms of Service.

SERVICES PROVIDED
Buildify CRM may provide:
- CRM systems
- Workflow automations
- AI systems
- Voice AI
- Website and funnel development
- Marketing systems
- Lead management
- SMS and email integrations
- Reporting systems
- Third-party integrations
Services may evolve, improve, or change over time.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain account security
- Obtain lawful consent for calls, SMS, and email marketing
- Comply with Australian laws and regulations
- Avoid spam, misleading, unlawful, or abusive activities
- Remain responsible for their own marketing compliance

PAYMENTS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Fees are payable according to agreed plans or invoices
- Subscription services may renew automatically
- Late payments may result in suspension
- Third-party costs may apply separately
- Fees are generally non-refundable once services are activated or delivered

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Buildify CRM retains ownership of its systems, workflows, templates, automations, AI logic, and proprietary processes
- Clients retain ownership of their business data, branding, and uploaded content
- Clients receive a limited non-transferable licence during active service

AI & AUTOMATION DISCLAIMER
- AI-generated outputs may not always be accurate
- Clients must review generated content before use
- Buildify CRM does not guarantee business growth, sales, or lead generation results
- Automations depend on third-party services that may experience outages or changes

THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Buildify CRM may integrate with:
- GoHighLevel
- Meta/Facebook
- Twilio
- Stripe
- OpenAI
- Other third-party applications
Buildify CRM is not responsible for outages, bans, policy changes, interruptions, or pricing changes from third-party providers.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Buildify CRM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client within the previous 30 days where permitted by law
- No guarantees of revenue, uptime, or business outcomes are provided

INDEMNITY
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Buildify CRM against claims arising from:
- unlawful marketing
- misuse of systems
- breach of laws
- spam complaints
- misuse of AI systems
- unauthorised data use

DATA & PRIVACY
- Client data may be processed through third-party systems
- Reasonable security measures are implemented
- Clients are responsible for lawful data collection
- Privacy Policy applies separately

SUSPENSION & TERMINATION
Buildify CRM may suspend or terminate services for:
- non-payment
- unlawful activity
- abuse
- platform misuse
- security risks
Clients may cancel according to agreed notice periods.

CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless legally required to disclose.

MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES & TERMS
Buildify CRM may update pricing, features, services, or terms from time to time.

GOVERNING LAW
This agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
Modern CRM, AI, and business systems for construction and trade professionals.
